About Us

Troy Engineering and Construction Inc. (TROY) was established in 2016, has been mostly involved in the design and construction of houses and small buildings. We work for homeowners, contractors, architects, realtors, and property managers.

Most of our projects are for old houses for which our clients have been looking for an expert team who can give them the best solution to get their properties more functional/having more value. So, if you need similar solutions for your houses, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your project.

If you are planning to do some renovation project like removing load-bearing walls; second storey addition; rear or side extension; re-designing a porch, or lowering a basement; creating a second suite apartment; carports/garages we are here to help you with our expertise. We helped our clients with 350+ projects. We can start your projects by providing a site consultation and then prepare the building permit design/drawings which you may need for your project.

We also give Consultancy Services for Structural Inspections for any structural problems at your house.

We are licensed by the Professional Engineers of Ontario and our team can provide all required design services for buildings as per Ontario Building Code, especially Part 3, 4 and 9.

The engineering services provided by TROY include feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents, design criteria, technical specifications, analysis, preliminary and detail designs, construction supervising for private and public sectors. TROY is working closely with all stakeholders including architects, relevant engineering disciplines, and clients for their projects.

Depending on the requirements of the projects, TROY prepares or reviews basic or detailed design documents, shop drawings; monitors and reviews the construction sites; interprets the contract documents; has periodic field visits, and conducts substantial and final performance reviews of the engineering systems.
